Mark Sneddon, CPA

Mark is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

He received his B.S. degree in accounting from CSUN in June 1978. Two years later, after working part-time in accounting, volunteering as a youth director and one year of graduate school, he began working full-time with his father’s local CPA firm in 1980. Their firm was a full service firm engaged in a wide range of tax returns and clients which included individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and non-profits. The firm also prepared Compilations, Reviewed and Certified Audited financial statements.

Mark was an integral part in all these areas and has extensive experience working with individuals and small businesses. He obtained his CPA license in February 1984. He has served on various CPA committees including the Accounting and Auditing, Financial Planning and Computer Users committees over the years. He has volunteered with the Tax Committee in preparing tax returns for low income families in East Los Angeles. In the past he has served as the treasurer of a private school and the national auditor and financial advisor to the Society of the Third Infantry Division, U.S. Army.

Mark and Linda have been married since 1981. They have two adult children Michael and Marissa both of whom are married and two grandchildren. Michael works at Berkeley National Laboratory and has our two grandchildren. Marissa lives and works in Sacramento. Linda is originally from Indonesia and enjoys working out at the gym. Mark is an avid racquetball player and is a member of the Magic Castle. They both like traveling and volunteering in the community and at church.
