Heather comes from an office administrative background of supporting a company of 100+ employees and 2000+ customers for 16 years prior to joining Bottom Line. More often than not, it will be Heather who greets you on the phone and at reception. Besides managing our office purchases, she manages the flow of documents and information between staff and clients, and follows up with our team to make sure clients have been responded to. Her calm, confident and professional demeanor assures our clients their needs are being met. Heather spends her time outside of the office with family and friends.
